Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise able to form a binding contract to use SwiftBid.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.

• SwiftBid is offered as a paid subscription.
• Current pricing is $39/month unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Billing is handled by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time through the billing portal.
• After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.

SwiftBid provides software and AI-assisted drafting tools. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, engineering, permitting, construction, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

• AI-generated estimates, scopes, assumptions, exclusions, and proposal content are drafts only.
• You are responsible for reviewing all pricing, quantities, measurements, labor, materials, permits, taxes, local requirements, and client-facing documents before sending them.
• SwiftBid does not guarantee accuracy, profitability, code compliance, or project outcomes.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or enter into SwiftBid, including client information, project details, photos, and documents.

You grant SwiftBid permission to process that content as needed to provide the service, including generating estimates, proposals, and PDFs.

You agree not to:

• Use SwiftBid for any illegal activity
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to bypass security or access controls
• Misuse, overload, or disrupt the platform
• Violate the rights of others

SwiftBid uses third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, hosting providers, and AI providers to operate the product. Your use of SwiftBid may be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

SwiftBid may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

SwiftBid is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftBid and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. In no event will SwiftBid's total liability exceed the amount you paid to SwiftBid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date above will change. Continued use of SwiftBid after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
